From the land of Puglia, with its scents and colors, its winds and seas, comes the story of the Social Winery and Olive Oil Mill of Pulsano. An alliance formed in the early sixties that today counts around 300 members, created to unite the strengths and ingenuity of small producers in the surrounding areas. The grapes, mostly local varieties, are harvested, processed, and transformed using traditional methods to create a simple, balanced, and deeply distinctive wine from our region. They also produce excellent olive oil, a product of processing faithful to ancient traditions. A background of small daily actions, sacrifices, passion for the land, knowledge, and respect for the land and traditions. A project that does not stop and continues to grow with the ambition and values of the latest generations.
