From the land of Puglia, with its scents and colors, its winds and seas, the story of Cantina e Oleificio Sociale di Pulsano is born. A partnership formed in the early sixties which today has around 300 members, created to unite the strengths and ingenuity of small producers from neighboring territories. The grapes, mostly indigenous, are harvested, processed, and transformed following traditional methods, giving life to a simple, balanced, strongly identity-driven wine from our region. An excellent olive oil is also produced, the result of processing faithful to ancient traditions. A background made of small daily actions, sacrifices, passion for the land, knowledge, and respect for the territory and traditions. A project that does not stop and continues to grow with the ambition and values of the latest generations.
