From the land of Puglia, with its scents and colors, its winds and seas, comes the story of the Cantina e Oleificio Sociale di Pulsano. A partnership formed in the early sixties that today counts around 300 members, created to unite the forces and ingenuity of small producers from neighboring territories. The grapes, mostly indigenous, are harvested, processed, and transformed following traditional methods, giving life to a simple, balanced, and distinctly identity-rich wine from our region. An excellent olive oil is also produced, the result of processing faithful to ancient traditions. A background made up of small daily actions, sacrifices, passion for the land, knowledge, and respect for the land and traditions. A project that doesn't stop and continues to grow with the ambition and values of the latest generations.
