Museum of Traditions and Human Activities

The roots of our land

The Museum of Traditions and Human Activities of Pulsano is a fascinating window into the agricultural and maritime past of this corner of the Apulian region. Located at 10 Costantinopoli Street, the museum is a treasure trove of artifacts that tell the history of local everyday life as it unfolded in decades and centuries past.

Within the museum, visitors can explore collections that illustrate the typical ancient practices of the area, including those related to olive growing, winemaking, wheat cultivation, weaving, tailoring, and domestic work.

To enhance it all, each piece is carefully labeled in the local dialect, not only to preserve the objects themselves but also to keep alive the historical and intangible memory of the identity of Pulsano.
